Our Annual Gala and Auction is an important event for the WMS community, and your support makes an immediate impact. RAISE YOUR PADDLE FOR TEACHERS

This year, we invite you to Raise-the-Paddle high for teachers! At Woodinville Montessori School, we recognize that our faculty are our most valuable assets and that the preparation of the teacher is a continuous process of self-reflection and improvement.

In an effort to enable the best of our talented and dedicated faculty and support an ongoing collective growth mindset, your contributions will bring four major benefits to WMS faculty members:  

1. Social-emotional learning curriculum to enhance current practices – a year-long training to provide a foundation for safe and positive schooling.

2. AMS certification for all core subject instructors to meet the new accreditation standard for secondary levels.

3. DEI training – to bring more social justice, anti-bias, diversity and gender identity education to WMS staff.

4. Further investments in professional development – aligned with teachers’ interests and training on continued education.
